Whether it’s a 2,000-person regional sporting clays event or an intimate 200-person corporate dinner, I’ve done it all: warehouse sales, weddings, trade shows, expos, campouts, family reunions, BBQs—you name it. Now, about the name—Raeyne. I wanted something that felt both personal and professional, so I combined my first and middle names. It has a nice ring to it, don’t you think? When working with a client to plan an event, my approach is both meticulous and heartfelt, ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s vision and goals. Our journey begins with conceptualization, where we sit down to explore the essence of the event—whether it's a wedding, corporate gathering, or milestone celebration. Here, we dive deep into understanding the client’s mission and intention, brainstorming creative ideas, and setting a clear budget that will guide our planning process.
- BUILD it -
Once we have a solid foundation, we move into the planning and coordination phase, where I meticulously manage all logistics and vendor relationships. Picture this: as we curate the perfect venue, select exquisite decor, and coordinate seamless catering, it’s like weaving a tapestry of dreams into reality.
- Work it -
On the day of the event, we transition into execution, ensuring that every detail is flawlessly executed. My team and I take the reins, allowing the client to fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion without the stress.

Finally, after the festivities, we conduct an evaluation to reflect on the event’s success, gathering feedback and insights to celebrate achievements and identify areas for future improvement.
